Scanning

Scanning

1. Put documents on scanner- Printed side down, top of page inserted into scanner
2. Log in to Onbase Client
3. Click on “Processing” on top of page
4. Select Scan/Index
5. Populate the department and type
6. If a double sided document, change format type to “grayscale transcript”
7. Click scan
8. Scanner will feed papers
9. Once done scanning, click done
10. Fill out scanning form with document type, batch #, # of documents, term, and initials.
