Committing Procedure

Committing Procedure

1. Log on to Onbase Client
2. Click on Processing à Scan/Indexà Double click Registrar
3. Click on Awaiting Commit
4. Click on Batch # and then right click and select View Documents
5. Verify document by double clicking each document and reviewing Student ID #, Name, DOB, Term, Major, and all information is populated/correct
6. Ensure the full document (all pages front and back) is scanned on system. If it is not, delete document and have it re-scanned.
a. To delete- Right click on document and select Delete Document
7. After done verifying each document, x out.
8. After all documents are verified, click on awaiting commità click on batch #à right clickà click on Commit Selected
9. The documents will then be saved to the system
      • To make any changes to document information, right click and select re-index. Make any necessary changes and click on re-index. This will save the changes.
